Kill one enemy with a melee to weaken everything around it and set off a chain reaction of freezes that can proc Explosive Wellmaker. Overload Wellmaker synergizes with Felwinter's to weaken everything on finisher and generate 2 wells for 20% ability regen/2x CWL. Heavy Handed ensures melees are up regularly. It works pretty alright.
